- How are GLOWBE pieces sourced?
- Each piece is chosen individually, from artisans and small ateliers we visit and work with directly. Nothing is mass ordered from a catalogue.
- Why are quantities so limited?
- Most pieces are hand-made, so a run is only as large as the maker's hands allow. When a piece sells out it may return in a different colour, weave or finish — rarely identically.
- Will each piece look exactly like the photograph?
- Close, but not identical. Slight variations in weave, grain, tone and finish are the signature of hand work rather than a fault.
- How do I place an order?
- Add your pieces to the bag and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation, and our team will follow up with payment and delivery arrangements.
- How should I care for hand-woven and artisan pieces?
- Keep woven pieces dry and out of prolonged direct sun, store bags stuffed and upright, and polish brass gently with a soft dry cloth.
